As the Founder and Chief Executive Recruiter of LMonty Search, Liz Montgomery brings a unique blend of experience and passion for connecting exceptional talent with outstanding organizations. With a successful background in both Accounting and HR recruitment, as well as experience as a former Administrative and HR professional, Liz has a well-rounded perspective and unique advantage in understanding the complexities of these roles and how they drive organizational success.
With a career that spans Sales, Customer service, Administrative support and Accounting & HR search, she’s been able to gain a comprehensive understanding of the needs of both candidates and clients while leveraging her diverse experience to create a tailored recruitment approach to effectively identify candidates who will thrive and contribute meaningfully to their organizations.
Liz holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from The University of Houston, which has honed her ability to connect with people, communicate effectively, and build meaningful relationships. Driven by a commitment to quality, Liz founded LMonty Search to offer a tailored, white-glove recruitment experience to both clients and candidates, focused on building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
Outside of work, Liz is passionate about Health & Wellness, volunteering, and the arts. She enjoys spending time in nature, recharging outdoors, and is a devoted dog lover. Liz strives to balance her professional pursuits with personal fulfillment, with a clear mission: to bridge the gap between top talent and opportunity, helping professionals advance in their careers and organizations build high-performing teams.
